Have Expensive Watch, Looking For Love
Yes, you're always going to get gold diggers, he shrugs, adjusting the strap on his Cartier. But that's the risk you take. This quote ends a rather interesting cultural piece in the New York Post that recently discussed how men in New York buy and wear watches to impress the ladies. "Meet the Rolex Romeos" profiles a selection of disparate guys who each feel that an expensive watch is the best way to lure in the gals. A Maserati only goes as far as the parking lot, but a watch you have with you all the time. That makes sense, and it is well-known that watches are among the most noticeable things a guy can wear. For high-end watch enthusiasts talking about wearing diamond-studded watches to merely attract female attention is a bit sacrilegious. Though we can't deny that a little attention is a good thing. These guys are all discussing watches priced $10,000 and over, and how they wear them while going out. Forged Carbon Addiction...
I think the title says it all.......anyone has the same disease? After getting the trulli and bee, carbon became an obsession. The lightweight and the comfort! Like nothing I've tried. Leaves me thinking, should I get the grand prix to complete the carbon fever? Any GP goodness is welcomed! In fact, enabling is requested

2nd Patek joined the family
After 5550p, I needed one that I can wear casually, well actually I need one that can wear at all So, picked up my favourite nautilus to date. 5726A! I had a little debate between this and 5712g given that the little price difference for the case difference, but the balanced dial and looks of 5726A just got me.Here you go with some photos, not very good quality, sorry about that. Will try and take better ones soon.
Strange condensation issue?
Happy new year everyone. With the cold weather in England ATM I noticed when coming in from the outside into a warm environment both my Sub C and Kermit suffer from slight misting on the inside of the crystal. This disappears quickly in under a minute. The Subc is fairly new and has never been opened and the kermit has only just recently returned from a Rolex service.Should I be concerned? Both my Omega bond SMP and 8500 cal omega PO don't suffer the same issue.kind regardsRich
