Watches NEWS

Took this quick pic as I liked the way my TRF screen was half lighting my watch at night.
Omega will stop current PO collection
This is not the normal I have heard from my AD story. I have worked for many years in the watch business (not anymore), and I talked with my Omega AD friend the other day. Everything he has told me over the years, has been true.He told me that he had just been informed that the current PO collection will be stopped before Basel. At the Basel fair, Omega will introduce their new PO, which will be like the LE Liquidmetal. It will have Liquidmetal bezel, shiny dial and screws in the bracelet. Pricetag will be around 2000 $ more It will still have the caliber 2500.If it came with caliber 8500, my wet dream would have come true (If it one day comes with 8500, pricetag probably will be around 6-7000$)
5205G Arrived
Just received this morning. Used to own this model, traded it for the 5205R but missed it so much I bought another one! Will add more pics later.
Panerai 587 radiomir 1940 marina militare 3 days
Well i guess this specific reference was meant for me ,,, just a couple of days ago i was trying out a 587 and today i get a phone call from my good friend the boutique manager saying the 587 is mine if i want it !! I'm sure you can imagine what happened next ill leave you with the pics
Explorer link, Recommendations
Had my new Explorer sized and link adjustment done by local watch / jewelry store and they botched the link screw (rough and a bit sharp) as well as the link is now stiff and not moving as it should. The closest AD is a day trip and with the holidays there's no time. The watch fits perfectly now but when I️ run my finger along the bracelet it's rough at that spot and that doesn't bode well with me. So, I️ want it fixed like new with smooth screw heads and a link that moves freely. Anyone have a recommendation as to who I️ could send it to to fix it that could do a quick turnaround? I️ don't think it's a big issue at all for someone that knows what they're doing. I️ also have read that each link screw is sized for the individual link and that you can't just use any link screw as it were. So TRF, what would you do and who would you send it to? Like I️ said the closest AD is a whole day pretty much over and back and I'm not 100% convinced they cou
