Officina Del Tempo Launches Armatore Chrono Series
Officina Del Tempo announces the Italian-designed and made Armatore Chrono series, featuring 42mm round cases crafted in high-grade stainless steel with polished and brushed finishing. Dials are either black or white with applied metal indexes. Dials feature red accents on the chronograph totalizers and on the fifteen-minute countdown indices. Armatore Chrono timepieces are powered by the Miyota OS20 quartz chronograph movement with date indication at 4:00. All watches feature unidirectional bezels in ocean blue or black, and are water resistant to 10ATM. Watches are marked “Made in Italy” and each bears a laser-engraved serial number. Watches are offered with either a black leather strap, a gel strap, or with a polished-and-brushed steel bracelet with deployant buckle.Officina Del Tempo backs their watches with a two-year warranty. The Armatore Chrono series retails from $495 to $660. You may click the images to view larger versions.
Patek ref. 3448 with Tiffany Dial Up for Auction
This very rare Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar with Moon Phases and Tiffany & Co. marked dial will be up for auction next month. Fascinating piece.
Rolex makes a darn comfortable/ergonomic watch, too
Among all the other good attributes. I've been wearing my 16610 nonstop for about a month, and decided to rotate it out. I will not name the brand/model to avoid a flame war. I will say it's also a watch that's quite popular for daily wear. And yet within just hours I miss the 16610. The bracelet digs in a bit more, the evenness of the weight just doesn't seem quite there. It is noticeably more uncomfortable. I'm sure I'd get used to it after wearing it a couple of days (I always do), but I always get struck by this whenever I rotate in another metal band watch.
Datejust 41 on a strap
Most people love the DJ41 on the jubilee and they wouldn't be wrong. It is a perfect combo. I love mine. I got the itch to switch it up a bit and give it a fresh look by ordering a leather strap for mine. What do you guys think? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Daytona 116500 on a racing strap
As I am fortunate to have both white and black SS Daytonas, I decided to play around with my black dial Daytona and put it on a black leather racing strap. Figured the Daytona is racing watch so a racing strap would pair nicely especially with the ALL black look :)A little bit of leather would add some variety ;) to my Rolex collection given that my SD4K, BLNR, and Daytona white dial are on braceletsSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
