Gucci has teamed up with Scatola del Tempo,?an Italian manufacturer specializing in watch winders and boxes, to produce the Gucci Time Box, a luxuriously appointed watch winder that bears the design influence of Gucci’s renowned creative director, Frida Giannini.Like other models in Scatola del Tempo’s Rotor collection, the Gucci Time Box is made entirely by hand and is designed to isolate the watch in a compartment made of flexible polyurethane resin and covered with silk fabric that is free of oxidizing agents. The compartment is designed to accommodate both round and shaped watches, up to a diameter of 48 mm and thickness of 16 mm.
