Frederique Constant Healey Chrono Automatic Watch For 2010
For a few years now, Frederique Constant has been in cahoots with the UK based Healey Challenge. An annual race operated by the Healey Drivers Club. What does Frederique Constant get do in this scene? Well make special limited edition watches that might be of interesting ti the Healey divers. I actually wrote about their last offering here, the most basic Frederique Constant Austin Healey watch. That was a three-handed model where this is a chronograph. Really when I think of race or motorcar themed watches, they have chronograph mechanisms. Thankfully Frederique Constant didn't insert the passe tachymetre scale on the bezel. Speedmaster dilemma
Hoping to solicit opinions on my dilemma. I am 99% set on a speedmaster and have it narrowed down to 1. Original Moonwatch. 2. White dial racing speedmaster, 44mm3. 57 speedmasterMy thoughts so far are1. First Omega, start with an icon. Size is pretty perfect.2. Never had a manual wind, not sure how I good I would be at remembering to wind3. Racing 44mm pictured below if I figured out how to attach them, is about at or beyond the upper size limits for me, though my picture is bad. I wasn't planning on posting them. In the metal, this made my heart beat fastest however and if it was 40 or 42 mm I would already own it.4. Automatic movement and date function are pros for me, as well as increased durability with Crystal, ceramic, etc5. Love the throwback but haven't seen it in the metal. I have two vintage Rolex, a 16800 sub and 1655 explorer ii so I love patina, not sure how I feel about the faux patina look however.6. Aquanaut date wheel sticking
Looking for an opinion here. The date wheel on my 5167 Aquanaut sticks from time to time and doesn't roll over fully. Making a minor adjustment to the date will fix it and it works fine most days. I'm not sure if there's a pattern but I think I've noticed this happening around the 17-18-19th of the month.Questions for the forum: 1. Is this a known issue with this movement? 2. I still have time on the warranty. Should I send it in? Only hesitating because Patek says it will be 5 months if work's needed.

Panerai S.L.C. Question
Awhile ago I posted a thread asking for suggestions for my first Panerai. I went their boutique in Manhattan and tried on several models in varying sizes. I have looked at everything from their ETA models to their in house models, from Luminor to Radiomir. I know everyone says the 371 or 372 is the way to go to get the best example of a Panerai but I really have my heart set on a Radiomir. If you look at my Rolex collection (with the exception of my Submariner) I tend to like the less sought after models in collections. This is what first brought me to the Radiomir line. In the line everyone has been suggesting the 183 but I wanted something in house and a little different. The new in house 42mm Radiomir is too small for me, I already have 39mm and 42mm watches. I definitely am considering the 190 with the JLC movement, however also in my crosshairs is the 425 S.L.C. model. I really like the minimalist design. I also appreciate it's size and in house movement. My question is
