So thought id write about my first APFirstly I love the fit of the 42mm Offshores, i have just over a 7 inch wrist and the watch sits perfect. The clasp takes some getting use to, and to require a snug fit sometimes marks your skin, but small price to pay as I prefer over a buckle. The alligator strap has surprised me, I had in my mind from the beginning to change to a rubber strap. But the Alligator strap has grown on me so much and contrasts so well with the FC case and ceramic bezel. The FC case is excellent, and along with the only choice of bezel for me ceramic make a great combination and they seem to change in different light conditions giving you a different look every time.Craftsmenship is amazing, design and materials used have me staring at for what seems hours, Im hooked on the brand Ap ruleI would recommend anyone considering a Offshore to Consider a Ginza I think a few are in circulation from AD. Its very stealthy looking and combines all the great materials FC/ceramic a
Considering a watch, need help guys
Ok so this watch is a 1962 pre moon ck2998-6 and the seller is local to me. He seems legit but i have ZERO experience in the vintage omega market so i want to know if im getting screwed. The chrono seconds hand was replaced, and the bracelet - but he says everything else is original and the calibre is 321 beating inside. He has a replacement bezel and crystal he hasnt put in yet. What is a good market value for this watch? Anyone know? Or should I stay away from this watch? Seems like a decent dealThanks all
Got the Call!!!
Apparently 3 Liquid Metals have landed in the USA and one of them ismine!!!I was starting to lose hope when I called a few local Omega dealers who told me it was officially SOLD OUT...will post pics as soon as it is on my wrist - should be less than a week...I can't remember the last time I was this excited about a watch!!

What are your thoughts on this model? I find it quite understated and beautiful. Also this beauty is currently offered at a hefty discount at my AD. I cant find much info on this particular model though. Anyone have any hands on experience or knowledge of reviews on this piece?
