Looking for rubber strap opinions on a B-1. Which do you think looks better? Ocean racer with deployant? Diver II with deployant? Polished or brushed finish? I have a black dial B-1 so I would be looking at a black rubber strap. Thanks in advance for your participation. Guy

Hey, Omega gang!Happy to say my watch arrived last Friday! Super busy week, as I was fortunate enough to also get my hands on a white Daytona C, as I posted in the last few days over at the Rolex section.Being a sucker for blue, I think this one is just gorgeous. Granted, it's not a faithful rendition of the original, but rather a piece inspired by the CK2998 from the past. Regardless, the result looks so nice that I really don't mind the mere throwback nature of this LE.My local AD was great and I got a nice swag package as well. The cherry on top, though, was that he gave me two tickets to watch the Olympic soccer quarter-finals between Germany and Portugal as an Omega guest. Now THAT WAS AWESOME didn't wear the CK, but had my SM300 on to honor the invite.Anyways, here are some pics of it all!
Omega Speedmaster Auto "waterproof" question
I am in the process of buying the women's version Speedy 38mm with diamonds around the bezel for my wife. She has finally decided it was time to take the plunge for a nice watch. She is looking for this to be her everyday watch and I am wondering if she was be at the lake and one in a great while jump in the lake or forget to shower with it on from time to time is this going to be a problem. More often than not it would not happen but I thought I would ask the question. Thanks for your input. I really appreciate it. And any other opinions on this watch would be helpful. Thanks!

Well thanks to the help and guidance of G.J. and Fr John+ I will be joining the Omega Speedy Pro family this week. Just wired the money today for a fun little piece, a 3572.50! Just in time for the Olympics an Omega's big sponsorship hehe.I got a great deal on the watch and couldn't be happier. I already ordered up a few gator straps for it set. Arrival date for the watch and straps is Thursday, potentially Friday.Pics to come solo and with the rest of the family when it arrives on Thursday!

Hi I am relatively new here and I have asked this question before with no response. I am sorry if it's a bit too basic but, I have only seen no date subs in black are they also made in other colours?
