Introducing The MeisterSinger Paleograph Chrongraph
Quick! How many hands normally appear on a MeisterSinger watch? One, right? Well, up until recently, that would certainly be the case. With the introduction of the MeisterSinger Paleograph, however, that answer is no longer entirely accurate. Sure, you've still got the singular hour hand (no minutes hand needed), but then there is a whole new compliment of hands showing up on the dial. These are most evident on the ivory-dialed version; although for me, I think I actually prefer the dark blue dial MeisterSinger Paleograph . Opinion on 5170P?
Hey guys!I've been thinking about acquiring a 5170P for some time.. My AD and other AD's I've spoken to said it is a hard piece to get. On the other hand, I've spoken to grey dealers (that I trust) and they said they can get me one sealed same day for $55-60K. I'm not too familiar with the none sport models of Patek but This is a 98K retail watch.. Now I'm a bit confused, is something wrong with the 5170P? Don't get me wrong, I don't buy pieces for investments; but I also don't want to lose my pants off if I ever want to trade it in. 98K -> $55-60K is a HUGE discount..
If you had to choose one?
Hi guys,Just wanting some opinions on which watch would be a better purchase and why. Things I am considering are: - which look is likely to be more timeless- value retention - anything else you can think ofThey both seem to be about the same price for a used model now.
