Sylvester Stallone Ogles A Few New U-Boat Watches: Makes Panerai Jealous?
Like many celebrities Sylvester Stallone is a big watch lover. Unlike others he is attributed with making a brand popular in Hollywood (Panerai), and working closely with watch companies. Accordingly, Panerai has even released models with the "Slytech" name in honor of Stallone for his love and participation with the company. Stallone love's Panerai so much, he even proudly wears them in some of his movies most recently Rambo 4. A recent company that has interested Stallone is U-Boat, an Italian designer producing well made watches with distinct retro-military-nautical themes. Some might consider these watches "over-size," others think they are just right. 15400 vs 5711
Hello all- I am considering getting an 15400 with a silver dial. How does the RO compare in quality to the PP 5711? How does the RO wear compared to the 5711? It looks like it wears bigger but I'm not sure. I had an AP diver which wore a lot bigger than the 5711. I got rid of my 5711 because I found it too subdued for my taste, so if the 15400 has more presence, it will be mine! Edit: I know this has been discussed before, but I didn't realize it had been until I already posted this. Please forgive me, and contribute to your liking

Traded up for 5164R!
My 5167R seemed a bit small and the 5164R wears bigger and has more presence. Also didn't have second time zone watch since losing my Reverso Grand Duo. Got a very fair price including the trade in and enjoying the extra size/heft.
