Coming to you live from the south of France, where I was just shown a brand new limited edition Blancpain chronograph that has a lot going for it. Its official name is the Ocean Commitment Bathyscaphe Flyback Chronograph, but what it is to us collectors is a limited edition take on the new Bathyscaphe chrono shown at Basel this year with an awesome new high-beat, in-house chronograph. There is a lot to like here, and on top of this new watch, Blancpain also announced a massive, 475-page chronicle of the entire history of the Fifty Fathoms, the very first modern dive watch. 2 OF 4 First, the watch. This limited run of 250 watches features a gorgeous blue dial, with blue ceramic bezel. But what is most interesting (IMHO) is that while the case looks like either brushed steel or titanium, it is neither. It is, in fact, a matte grey ceramic. 2 weeks, 6000 dollars
Paid a deposit for the 5712 back in September, I was told the watch will arrive in spring. Today got the email that it is here and I can pick it up anytime. So far fantastic news, the only sour point is that it is only 2 weeks after the price increase. The difference is about 6k but it feels bad as I think that patek was holding the watch until the increase is in effect. I will not miss the opportunity and will buy the watch as it is my absolute favorite. Will post some photos as soon as I get my hands on it.

Need advise on Rolex 14060M
Dear watch lovers, I have opportunity to buy a Rolex 14060M random series. Would think that this will complement my polar 16570 perfectly. The sub comes with no accessories, watch only with 10 links, slight Polish previously. No visible damage from the photos. My question will be, whats the fair price of this watch?
