The Limes Endurance Leviathan Dive Watch
German watchmaker Limes has announced a new addition to their Endurance sport watch range. Featuring a 44.5 mm stainless steel case, the Leviathan offers a chance for buyers to up size their order compared to the 41mm Limes Neptune 2 diver. The Leviathan's Ickler-made case is 13.5mm thick and features a sapphire crystal and a unidirectional dive PVD-plated black bezel. The dial design is simple, legible and one that I really like.Limes is part of the Ickler family of brands which is also home to Archimedes, Autran & Viala, and Defacto. Ickler is a case manufacturer that is based in Germany and makes some very nice cases in a wide range of styles. Not only does the Endurance Leviathan offer a larger alternative for the Limes brand, the Leviathan is also larger than what Archimedes features in their lovely 41.5mm SportTaucher 300m diver. So if you really wanted a big diver with an Ickler case, the Leviathan looks like a good choiceThe Leviathan is powered by a Sellita SW 200 automati
Mhle Glashtte Seebattailon GMT Review
One of the things that sets Mhle Glashtte's sport watches apart is that some of their designs are driven by collaborations with military/government groups with specific needs. A perfect example of this is with their S.A.R. Rescue Timer, which was designed with the needs and desires of Germany's S.A.R. teams, who needed a watch built like none other. The end result is a truly unique and robust timepiece that can more than stand day-to-day wear.At BaselWorld 2013, Mhle released a new collaborative piece, the Seebattailon GMT. Designed to suit the needs of the German Seebattailon (Marine Battalion), a unit within the German Navy that is regularly deployed around the world, the watch brings together many great features and a clean look. It's a 300m titanium GMT diver with Mhle's extensively in-house altered ETA 2893-2 movement inside. It's very lightweight for a large tool diver, thanks to the titanium, and has one of the nicest GMT dial executions around. It also has a very elegant pa

Instead of replacing the worn out black leather strap decided to change it up some. I'm liking the look.
James Bond Aqua Terra - Skyfall
Anybody seen the newish Blue dial Aqua Terra as worn by James Bond in Skyfall????Its strange really as all the Omega campaigns are showing Bond with the Omega PO however most of the film he switches to the Aqua Terra, Omega acknowledge this on their website but the campaign is all around another PO (Bonds third model in 3 films)Anyhow, I was not fussed on the AT however passing a few shops I must admit it looks great in the flesh so to speak!!Anybody tried or own one?? Not really much mention about this specific model amongst the tons of Skyfall threads
Say hello to my new Planet Ocean
Hi guys... I have never purchased a watch over $500 until this year when I got my Daytona and now less than a month later I picked this up. You guys have started a sickness! This is from a local AD that was going out of business so I couldn't let it go at the price offered. It was about 33% off from the 2007 prices so really way over 40% off of the current retail.Excellent box and papers:This things also can be used as a home security device: If someone breaks into your house you can throw it at them and knock them out cold!!!!!Lousy wrist shots.... regular point and shoot cameras can't take pictures of watches......I haven't even worn it out of the house yet. I think I'll wear the Daytona for 6 months and wait for this one to start begging to be worn before I give in. Then I'll open the box and have that brand new watch smell all over again!
