Patek 5524 Pilot incoming pictures
I was worried about the size at 42 mm as I have relatively small wrists and tended to keep to 40 mm. The upside is the dial is very legible and a pleasure to read

So I paid a visit to my trusted ad and while discussing the 5980 and 5960 he shows me this from the back. Obviously I am one track mind... patek always. But it was a an interesting choise and cheaper.

Panerai Pam00250 finish question
I'm looking for a Panerai that I can wear everyday and not worry about scratching it. So I was looking at the pam 00250 because from the photos it appears to have a brushed finish instead of a high gloss finishis this accurate? have not had a chance to see one in person. I really like the bezel and hope the finish is brushedanyone have this model and how does it hold up when doing physical activities? thank you
First Rolex - OP 36 or Sub?
I'm finally in a position to purchase my first Rolex and I'm having a hard time picking between the 36 mm Oyster Perpetual and the no-date Sub. I love both for different reasons (the OP's simplicity and the Sub's classic look), but I suppose the choice really comes down to whether the Sub is worth the extra 2K over the OP. If anyone owns either of these watches I'd love to hear your thoughts on using it as a daily timepiece. Thanks!
