Does anyone know the reason why AP choose to have display backs on some models of RO while not the others? For example, only the basic Royal Oaks have display backs. The other models with chrono or dual time complication as well as some models with leather strap all don't have display backs. Same for the offshores. Is it to minimize thickness?

Hello all, need a bit of input. I'm looking at the Omega GMT Chrono 3581.30.00 w/ white dial, and trying to choose between that and the Breitling Chronomat Evolution747 Windrider white dial.
