It's been a while!
I reacquainted myself with an old friend today, my F series ROO Safari. I do really like this watch, but I find it very hard to choose it ahead of my Rolex selection. I really like the off white creamy dial, not always easy to capture in pictures. Wow. Haven't stopped thinking about it since, really loved it.The problem is here in the UK (not sure if the same elsewhere) I am being quoted 3 years waiting list for new (?18 030 list price) or I am looking at circa ?21 500 for a 2013 with box and papers.My concern is whether paying considerably higher than list opens me up to a big hit on depreciation as I am theoretically paying thousands more

Do Rolex dials fade from the sun?
I own a 116619LB (WG Sub blue matte dial) Is there risk of the dial fading due to excessive sun exposure?
