Dunhill Wheel Watch Chronograph Available On James List
Dunhill, aka. A. Dunhill (Alfred Dunhill) is a English brand under the Richemont umbrella. Really rare in the US, these pieces are known to be popular in Asian (where "Western" things are often always en vogue). They do however have some nice designs that I think would appeal to more demographics. While they don't come out with a lot of new watches - some of them are quite nice with a healthy mixture of classic British appeal and avant garde interest.Alfred Dunhill himself was known for offering a lot of motoring accessories - so the brand's watches often have a high-end "car guy" feel to them. This watch is called the Wheel Watch Chronograph. It is part of a larger collection, but this one is a limited edition Chronograph model. You can search online for other Dunhill Wheel watch variants. Ladies oak problems
In looking to move up in the world from my rolex sea dweller and date just I took the plunge and bought myself a 41 ROC. I have to say it was my best ever purchase and I am loving the AP.With the above in mind I wanted to upgrade the wife's diamond set MOP with diamond bezel to a ladies oak - a big ask as she loves the latter...A nice surprise under the tree she got the new one on Xmas day, we both took bad with the fact the crown did not tighten (still seems strange) but she wore the watch and loved it.Over the last few days we have since noticed the watch keeps terrible time, adding 9 sec over 1 minute and she has reverted back to the Rolex. I need to go to the AD and get it checked out but AP don't have a service centre in KL and god knows how long it will take. A bad 1st experience for her, I hope it's the last.....

Hi guys, so happy with this new PP ....It has been arrived for a while now, but I had no time to post it so far.It's the Nautilus 5711 -- no doubt, it's a versatile watch , dressy and sporty all at same time. Being myself on the bigger sized watches for a while, it's kind of hard to get used to it. Slowly, I guess you realize that it's not a bold statement on your wrist, nor a screaming affirmation -- instead, it's like a understated elegance, that in turn is much more affirmative and bold, but for only to the ones who really know...Having the 5980/1A and 5726A, I was intending to get the Aquanaut instead. But this little guy is so nice complement to the others, that I had to put the Aqua to waitI really think that it's one of the best option on PP family to wear it daily, either on suit or jeans. It seems whatever you throw at it, it can handle fine So, sorry for long intro, let's see some pic's, shall we?( I always loved your opening box sequences , guys, so bear with me... )I
