Introducing The Bremont Kingsman Collection, Three Watches Designed For The New Spy Film "Kingsman: The Secret Service"
What is it about spy movies and watches? Bond had his Rolex (and now his OMEGA) and Bourne had his TAG Heuer. Those characters' movies featured watches as subtle (okay, sometimes not so subtle) product placements. But the forthcoming spy action?thriller?"Kingsman: The Secret Service" not only has watches front and center, its producers and costume designers also actually had three watches commissioned especially for it. Those watches are from Bremont, based on two of the brand's existing chronographs, but with some unique features and the fictional secret organization's logo on their dials. 2 OF 3 The Bremont Kingsman DLC The three Kingsman watches are differentiated for their respective roles in the movie, with a black DLC steel version of Bremont's ALT1-B2 GMT watch for new field operative recruits and a rose-gold piece with white dial based on the existing ALT1-WT world time chronograph for the seasoned veteran agents. There's also a steel version of the World Tim

Early Christmas Present from Wife! (Omega HV)
Hey all,My wife just got me a slightly early Christmas present this weekend...it was not really a surprise since both of us walked into the store together...but she agreed to it, so that is just as good as her getting it for me!! :D I have been eyeing the Omega Hour Vision for over a year, but the admission price was just too high. I almost got it a few months ago when Bailey Banks & Biddle was in the early part of bankruptcy and was offering 20% off on the watch...but i still thought that it was too expensive for an Omega. Anyways, we went to the store again yesterday just to browse and see if there was any bargain to be had. Well, this is the end of Bailey Banks and they were offering 50% off on all their leftover high-end watches. I was thinking of picking up a Breitling or Tag for daily wear. When i passed by the Omega counter, there it was...the ONLY Omega left...the Omega Hour Vision...the same one that i have been drooling about for over a year! And it had the 50% off
Cutting off Flippers... Good or Bad?
Cutting off those who buy Rolexes from ADs out the back door in order to flip them or buy them for less of a discount in the showroom in order to flip them... What would happen if these people no longer existed? If they were cut off, would it be good for Rolex? Would it be good for ADs? Would it be good for consumers? Or would it be bad? Could there be a certain segment of the market who would no longer buy the watches? Would waiting lists shrink? Would waiting lists grow?So do you think shutting down the flippers would be good for the final end buyers or bad for them?
