Good Price For AP 41mm Chrono? + Trusted Seller Advice
Hello everyone, What is a reasonable price for a used AP Chronograph 41mm black face steel? Furthermore, when contacting a trusted seller, what is a reasonable offer to make? 10-15% off what they're asking? I want to make sure I get a good price, but wouldn't want to offend anyone with a lowball offer
It's here!!
Good Day All,I just picked up my new AP (15300) and had it sized.I will post more photos once I get home.Take care,Eric
PP 5970J or Rolex PN 6239 Panda
I may have the opportunity to trade my 5970 for a super mint 6239 PN Panda. I love the 5970 and consider it close to perfect but it never gets wrist time. I am afraid of scratching or dinging it. I also have preferred bracelet watches to straps. Down the road the 5970 may be worth a lot as they didn't make many J's. Is this a crazy trade?
When would you take your Patek...
in for servicing?Would you follow the recommended 3 to 5 years or wait till it stops?I personally feel... If it ain't broke don't fix it! Thoughts?
New year thoughts
Happy New Year to all!I was just reflecting on the year gone by when I looked at my profile on this forum. I joined in 2012 when I bought my first proper watch which happened to be a Rolex 116520 white dial. I then reflected on how many watches have been through my ownership since then and I found myself very surprised at the number of them and it's only been 5 years. Some years have been quite dormant but these last two years I admit I've been through a few.Does anyone care to share any similar experiences? I've always bought with the intention to keep but since 2015 only one has remained constant and that is the 79220N which I nearly sold but changed my mind at the last minute and asked for it back from the dealer. The list of watches I have had which I can remember are listed below but not necessarily in chronological order! And of those I still have a few.Daytona 116520 white x 2Daytona 116509 black wg Speedmaster DSOTMDatejust II silver / Arabic 116610LV x 215300st blueBroad arrow
