Her Time: 5 Ladies’ Watch Collections from 5 Luxury Brands
We’ve covered dozens of new watch releases from the watch fairs here at , as well as in our print edition. The vast majority of these have been targeted squarely at the male consumer. But in the past years several brands have also launched entirely new collections aimed at the ladies market, some with in-house movements, high jewelry, or both. Here are five of them.Cartier, which wowed the haute horlogerie aficionados at SIHH a while ago with its Heures Mystrieuses watch for men, also had a treat for haute joallerie fans, with the Les Heures Fabuleuses collection for ladies, a set of 41 jeweled timepieces (including 23 unique pieces), many with animal themes, that are designed to double as both watches and as something else pendant, brooch, tiara, pocketwatch, et cetera. elaborate history of Broad Arrow range.
Respected guys/ladies of the TRFplease enlighten me to the history of the Broad Arrow Speedmaster range, as in when was it introduced and as we have seen little or hardly any changes in the Speeedmasters generally, has the Broad Arrow range also been this same or what were its older models?and further, I have got the idea that there is a history/story of why the words 'Professional are used with Speedmaster and Seamasters but I dont know exactly...plz do elaborate on that too.thank you very muchregards,Asad Abbas Awan
Some Omega Speedmaster X-33 action shots.....
I must admit, this watch is still growing on me.I am sure some day a nice 2nd generation X-33 will join my modest ''bunch''... ;)
Panerai 318
Why is it that when I do a search here for threads about the illustrious Panerai 318 I get zero results, but when I Google the same search I'm directed to numerous threads on this forum?
Which link do I need for this women's Rolex?
Hi guys,Just looking for some advice if anyone can help?My other half has a Oyster Petpetual two tone watch, looks like an old model and we need a link for the bracelet. It looks to be about 9-10mm wide and doesn't have a screw on the side, its more of an overlap design. I did try to attach pics but as my account is new it blocked it. If anyone can post a pic I will confirm if its the right one of not.Does anyone know the model number link we need or even better have one for sale? Thanks
