How does your AP sleep at night...?
I never liked to sleep with a watch on my wrist. Mostly for fear of banging it on the headboard, the bedside table, etc. And quite frankly, without my glasses I wouldn't be able to clearly read the time at night with the lume.Normally I would just leave the watch I was wearing that day on my nightstand, and depending on the watch, sometimes on top of a microfiber cleaning cloth.But for some reason I felt that I wanted something a little more, let's say special, for my AP. So, now I just put it on the nice AP travel case every night. Sounds silly, but it makes it feel a little more special to take it out of the case every morning and strap it to my wrist.And of course, it also serves a real purpose, as it will protect the watch from accidentally being scratched against the wood, or sliding off by accident.So, what do you do with yours at night? Hello guys and gals,I'm sort of a newbie to Rolex, but have the bug now, lol. I picked up a Sea-Dweller 126600, red today. My AD also had a Deep Sea, but I opted for the newer movement and longer power reserve. Also, I think that the new movement will be in the new Deep Sea introduced at Basel? Did I choose correctly?Also my AD had a GMT Master II batman (116710BLNR) and a Submarnier date, two tone, blue dial (116613LB). Advice on which I should go with or pass on both?I also have a Yachtmaster 40 2 tone with achocolate face (116613LB).Thanks!
