Introducing The Zenith Academy Christophe Colomb Hurricane Grand Voyage II
Last year, Zenith released the original Academy Christophe Colomb Hurricane Grand Voyage, an exceptionally complex watch that puts a fuse and chain constant force mechanism and a unique Gravity Control module on full display. This year, Zenith is following up on that watch with a sequel, and this one adds ornate decoration and artistry to the mix in honor of Christopher Columbus, for whom the watch is named. There's a lot to take in here, so let's take a closer look at each component. 2 OF 5 The Grand Voyage?uses the same 45 mm case as last year's model, with a thickness that goes from 14.8 mm to 21.8 mm at the domed sapphire crystal. Unlike the original, the new Voyage II adds artistic?embellishments to both the dial side and the display back. Hands-on Review Royal Oak Offshore Combat Under Natural Light
After all the debate and discussion about the true color of the new AP Combat, we decided to work on a hands-on review exposing the watch to natural light. You'll like the new images much more. This watch is a real chameleon. https://.watchcollectinglifestyle...ands-on-review
15710 vs 15703
Pretty sure it's the 15710 I want really love the open case back but what else is different in these two models, is it just the back and I know there different dials but could someone explain to me what's different please. Also what's the more desirable model ?
Thoughts on Nautilus 3800?
I was hoping to get your thoughts on the 3800. I am absolutely mesmerized by the look of the Nautilus. Nautilus is without a doubt a timepiece I would love to own.I was wondering what people's thoughts were on how it would look on a 6.5 inch wrist? I have never had a chance to try one on in person and due to its asymmetric design I have trouble comparing it to other watches. For example I find that the 34 inch Air King wears too small on my wrist, while I am fine with my 36 inch Tudor Day Date. Any opinions (or even pics) would be much appreciated.
North Flag
Just picked up a Tudor North Flag.Have read the manual and can see no reference to NOT changing the date between 9:00pm and 3:00am like some ETA movements.Does anyone know if, as it is powered by a new Tudor movement, that the date can be changed at any time like my Rolexes?
