Chronoswiss Zeitzeichen: Artful Craftsmanship
Chronoswiss has teamed up with master craftsman Jochen Benzinger to create a series of 3 limited edition watches that showcase the arts of skeletonizing, engraving and guilloche to great effect. Known as Edition Zeitzeichen or Signs of the Times Edition , each model will be produced in a series of just 33 pieces. Each piece measures 44mm x 10.8mm and each is available in 18k red or white gold. The editions are known as Zeitzeichen V (floral, fully skeletonized), Zeitzeichen VI (floral, partial dial), and Zeitzeichen VII (dragon). These timepieces feature flat anti-reflective sapphire crystals, Chronoswiss-signature oversize onion-shaped crowns, sapphire display backs, and screwed-on strap bars with the patented Autobloc system.The movements are individually modified ETA 6498-1 running in 17 jewels and ticking at 18,000 vph (2.5 hertz). 15400 vs Rolex on the Wrist
It's been said that Royal Oaks tend to wear large for their reported size. Someone asked for a comparison shot between a 15400 and a Sub C on the wrist, and I took some quick pics. I might as well also post here in case someone else is interested. It's not as bad as it seems, especially considering the maxi cases on the Rolex. I hope this helps someone who may be deciding on a purchase.Interestingly, I think the BNLR wears a big larger than the Sub C because of the larger text on the bezel, and of course, the color.For reference, my wrists is 6.75in.

help reorganize the collection - 5167?
getting a litle bit bored with my collection and after adding a 5980, been trying to find reason to get another Patek. I'm quite sure already that my red sub, AP ROO Ti, and the Patek chrono will be for keeps. I'm looking to flip a PAM194 subzilla and an IWC Ingeneiur 3227.What do you guys think? Would the aquanaut be a worthy addition (I know this is a Patek forum!)? Less is more, quality than quantity? Signs of getting old (over 40 now). I'm still inclined with sports watches though and these 4 watch rotation will keep me happy for the time being.Need help. Watch nut alert!
