The Diver takes on a shark!
Okay, so it's a sleeping nurse shark (my wife is far more dangerous in her natural habitat), but even so, my son thought I was pretty cool for touching the damn thing. In case anyone's curious, it felt like sandpaper. And yes, the Diver handled the mission with nary a hitch. Regards,Adam
Carbon Headed to Vegas...
Well things are slow this week at the office so I found it the perfect excuse to grab a flight to Vegas.Time to try every watch on my wish list, and Vegas is the best place to do that. Decided to take 44mm with me, as it's the perfect travel companion. Will update as we go. Could get interesting....
New to the Breitling family
My wife just recently bought me a SO44 as an early fathers day present.
Fantastic video!
Breitling shows how technical assembling a timepiece truly is!! .youtube/watch?v=dR0eTPn-_AIHope you enjoy! -Dino
Is this vintage 1980 orchid 2663 worth servicing?
Excuse my terrible picture taking but my mom dug up an old rolex (complete with papers!). A quick googling shows that it's worth a little bit (nothing crazy) but is it even worth servicing? It doesn't really hold much sentimental value either. It definitely needs a new band as the leather is crumbly but it actually still runs!Edit:I noticed I didn't post this in the vintage forum, sorry :(
