Welder K26 Watches Give Color Options With Four Interchangeable Crystal Lenses
This is a nifty idea, and I am glad that we are seeing it from an Italian watch maker first. Welder is a bit new to the watch game offering arguably more modern looking large watches similar to U-Boat and the Bell & Ross BR01 line of watches. Large square designs house provocative round dials with everything from functional to minimalist looks. Priced aggressively among competitors, Welder seeks to be a fashionable and less expensive alternative to some of the other players. Most of their watches have quartz movements, with a few mechanical options either now or coming in the near future. The Welder K26 line of watches has a number of different designs in chronograph and three-hand models (which Welder simply refers to as "data"). The new series come with four interchangeable filters that are red, light blue, lime green, and cream yellow. You simple unscrew the filter (which is placed over the crystal), and screw on a new one. The effect is a vastly different look for the watches, m
Aurel Bacs on 5711
Touching video in case you missed it in the other forum.. Aurel Bacs calling the 5711 as close to perfection as any watch could possibly be , and the watch he wears the most. https://youtu.be/uPnTOcCEugUNice reminder why we all collect, and why you never flip some watches
5970P vs. 5004J/R
Discuss. A simple question, I expect complicated responses. My pictureFullSizeRender.jpgFrom the webspatek-5004-z.jpgHave a great weekend patek enthusiasts.
3919 vs. 5109J
I've long admired Patek Philippe watches, particularly their gold dress models, and I'm now trying to acquire my first PP. I'm looking at a 3919 (recently serviced with archive papers but no box) and a 5109 (last serviced 6 years ago with box and archive papers). I like them both very much and know that they both have the same great PP 215 movement. Do you have any insights to tip the scales one way or the other?Thank you for your help. DTM
Finally back to Panerai after a long hiatus... And am I loving it!!!
Hi guys,Last enjoyed a PAM 164 sometime in 2007 and then a PAM 312 in 2011. Since then I have only had the AP SS Novelty and the Ceramic orange diver with a trusted Omega seamaster which is my daily beater.Owning a new Panerai was not something I had really planned for, however, when exchanging New year wishes with my Local AD we just discussed watches and I said I was thinking of getting a Panerai now but needed something special. I looked on the forums and decided the 587 was the best new Panerai out there.I told the AD of my interest and had them put me on their list. Had since forgotten and did not expect to hear back.Obviously was surprised when then called me saying a 587 had just come in and I had 1st preference over a decent waiting list. I would have had to confirm within 2 days however.Anyways to cut a long story short, I visited the boutique and after trying it on there was no turning back. I did not even take it off to get the stickers removed :-)Since then this watch has b
