Help needed on the white 44mm
I'm looking right now to buy the new white 44mm novelty ..in order to do this I'm trading in my panda and bumble bee.. I was wondering if anyone have any idea why the white 44mm is selling above retail and will it keep value? Is it worth it to go trade the panda and bumble bee for this? Thank for the advise
Need help on a dress watch!!
I'm trying to decide on a dress watch and am agonizing over the decision. It is either a Patek 5196P or a 5146 wg w/slate dial. I know that they are very different but that said I only plan on having 1 dress watch. I like the calatrava because it is the best one Patek offers. The dial is amazing, the watch is discrete, the platinum feels great and the diamond adds a really nice touch that makes the piece feel very special at least to me. The annual calendar is a fantastic piece as well. Automatic is nice, vs. manual wind for the calatrava. The AC offers so much watch! Dial is also great and I like the lume and the all around complication. Both pieces are amazing, yet very different, but I can only justify one. My other watches include an Aquanaut, a bunch of different older/vintage sea dwellers and subs, and a speedy. Here are some pics and I truly welcome your feedback and thoughts.

As I understand it is not a Dubai limited edition (on the left), just a different dial version for different continents perhaps?Could somebody elaborate it as I was not able to find a lot of explanation on the web. I know there are limitations like green dial Mecca (which is as well printed in green) or Jerusalem, however this one doesn't look this way.2. The pic below - Istanbul -seems like a limited one. If it is - does anyone know how many were produced, is there really any exclusivity/collectibility going with it?istanbul.jpg3. Which worldtimer (please exclude 5131's, and all pieces with sky high prices, I mean regulars but also 5110's) would you pick as a rarest, most un
