Watches NEWS
I went for the teck gray dial, much prefer it over the white.
My Omega AD offered me this SMP GMT/CHRONO/DATE at a CRAZY price. So tempting but I think I will hold out for the new white teck dial instead of this grey teck. Any thoughts?

Buying first Rolex - YM?
Hello all,I am new to the forums and by way of introduction, I am a 21 year old college student looking to purchase my first Rolex soon. Every since I first began showing interest in watches when I was younger, I always loved the Yachtmaster 1 and found it to be the most beautiful watch. Now being close to graduating college and in the financial position to purchase my first big boy watch I am considering purchasing a 16622. As much as I love the new one with the SunRay blue dial, it seems to be outside of my budget as of now. I have tried doing as much research as possible, but being new to Rolex I have a few questions.First, although I plan on keeping this watch for many many years (hopefully forever), if that is not the case and I decide to trade up to something different in maybe 5-10 years where can I expect the value of this watch to be? It seems like I can pick up a really nice late year 16622 for 6-7k right now.Second, keeping aesthetics and personal taste out of the quest
Am I an Idiot?
I've been trying to score a few very in demand watches from ADs, Daytona white face, SS Dweller blue face. Anyways, in my discussions with ADs, I came across a guy who works for a large shop with multiple locations that seems to always have great watches. He tells me, buy a few watches off me and I'll get both on your wrist within 12-18 months. In the last month he has called me to take a Batman and a Hulk, and like an idiot, I declined - clearly they get good stuff... Could've easily taken them, sold them here at MSRP to someone that wants them BNIB from an AD. Anyways, he calls me up and tells me he has a TT Dweller with a white face and again lets me know that this would go a long way in getting what I actually want. $17k watch, but I see them selling at a minimum slightly above MSRP and they're still fairly difficult to source, so I'm debating taking it to pass it off to someone who hopefully wants it, but hasn't been able to find it.Dumb move, smart move, no opinion? Thanks forum.

I always like to see some sports steel watches in stock, lady told me they received them last week. Tried on the Polar 42 mm, too big for me but great watch.
