Hands-On: With The Arnold & Son Ultra-Thin Tourbillon Escapement "UTTE" (Live Pics & Pricing)
When we first showed you the Arnold & Son Ultra-Thin Tourbillon Escapement, or UTTE, live from Basel World, details were scarce. We knew that it was the thinnest tourbillon available on the market today and that it would be limited in production, but now we have all the details for you, including live photos of the watch in both metals and the official pricing and availability information. This is a seriously cool watch, even if you're not typically one for tourbillons. 2 OF 15 Closer Look At The UTTE's 14mm Tourbillon Arnold & Son has released a flurry of new, technically-impressive movements over the last year or two, one of which is the calibre A&S8200 inside the UTTE. It is entirely in-house, only 2.97mm thick, and houses a 14mm one-minute tourbillon at 6 o'clock that acts as the small seconds indicator. INCOMING...the legend
Hello watchfam,Just picked up this beauty and it is seriously incredible! Was debating back and forth between the PP 5167 and AP 15202. In the end, I think I made the right choice. Would love to hear long term 15202 owners thoughts, still in love? Cause I sense some staying power with this one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
New RO!
Just unboxed my new RO and it's gorgeous! Thanks Thahn!!!I'm probably going to have to take out one link to make it fit just right. Looks simple enough but I think I will head to an AD this time since it's still pristine! One question on warranties from you AP owners. My booklet came stamped by the AD but not signed and the warranty page says it needs to be stamped AND signed to be valid. Anyone with experience on this with AP? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Should, over
Well, I have been a member of this forum for a few years and i have learned a great deal. In that time I have had a number fine watches pass through my hands, everyone was purchased with info obtained from members here just by reading posts, what an amazing resource. Each watch I purchased was absolutely what I wanted and on arrival it became my new favorite. Waiting on delivery was always a small pain as I am not the most patient man, but tonight is awful!I have traded my last (current, I'm sure more are in my future) Rolex and am anxiously awaiting delivery of my first AP, a ROO RC black dial, sorry so long and mostly rambling but I can't wait and really needed to share!
is the price right for a T3?
I have a chance to get a T3 black for $35k. box and papers in good shape. what do you think????
