Parmigiani Bugatti 10-Year Anniversary Watch Debuts at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance
The first watch to arise from the partnership of boutique Swiss watch brand Parmigiani Fleurier and French luxury automaker Bugatti, the Bugatti Type 370 watch, launched in 2004. To commemorate 10 years of the partnership, and 10 years of Parmigiani Bugatti watches, Parmigiani unveiled the first of three limited-edition anniversary models at this year’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The Parmigiani Bugatti Type 370 Mythe takes its cues from the “engine block for thew wrist” aesthetic of that original Type 370 watch, including its unprecedented “transverse tubular” movement design, which assembles the plates and gears along a horizontal axis rather than a traditional vertical one. Welcome to the new Watchtime.com!
If you have been to this site before, you may have noticed some significant differences this week. Yes, has undergone a major facelift, with numerous upgrades that we feel will make it more useful, informative, interactive, and user-friendly. As those of you who read the print edition of WatchTime may already know, I have taken the reins of WatchTime’s online and multimedia editorial initiatives after five years as managing editor of the print magazine. Blue dials
Just wondering what, if any, difference between the blue dials of the 15300, 15400 and the current 15202. Are they the same? If not what's the difference? Anyone have a shot of all 3 side by side?
AP Authorized Service In Toronto
The AP Service Centre in Toronto just told me that they can do the authorized AP pressure test while you wait. They also told me that they may have the case screws that I'm looking for in stock. They will check while I'm there. This is certainly better than shipping it to Clearwater. Things are looking up.
World Time: 5110, 5130 or 5230?
Which World Timer do you prefer? The oldest 5110 at 37mm, the 5130 at 39.5mm, or the latest 5230 at 38.5mm?Personally I have to say I like the cleaner dial of the 5130 compared to the new 5230. I also prefer the larger size.
